These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the website www.sorakita.lt (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and the purchase of products or services offered by MB “Sorakita” (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” or “we”).

By using this Website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Website or place an order.

All commercial relations between the Seller and the Customer are governed by these Terms, applicable Lithuanian and EU legal acts, and the principles of good faith and fairness.

II. Products and Services

MB “Sorakita” specializes in CNC milling, custom furniture, and unique handcrafted wooden products.
All products are described and presented as accurately as possible; however, minor variations in color, material texture, or measurements may occur due to the nature of handmade and natural materials.

The Seller reserves the right to:

  • Modify product designs and specifications without prior notice.

  • Refuse service or an order if the project does not align with the company’s values, or if the request is technically impossible to fulfill.

III. Orders and Payments

Customers can place orders through the Website by selecting desired products or submitting a custom project inquiry via the contact form.

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

The order is confirmed only after full payment has been received, unless agreed otherwise.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or delay processing if payment is incomplete or suspected to be fraudulent.

IV. Order Fulfilment and Shipping

Production and delivery times vary depending on the nature of the order. Custom-made items are usually produced within approximately 2–3 weeks, unless specified differently.

The Seller will inform the Customer about:

  • The estimated completion date;

  • Shipping confirmation once the product is ready to dispatch.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. MB “Sorakita” covers return shipping costs in the case of product returns (see Section 6).

V. Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order before the product has been shipped by contacting sorakitacnc@gmail.com.
Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the order will be subject to return procedures under Section 6.

Custom projects or personalized items may only be canceled before production begins.

VI. Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, as per Lithuanian consumer protection law.

Conditions for returns:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The Customer must provide proof of purchase.

  • The return shipping cost is covered by MB “Sorakita”.

The refund will be issued within 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund, unless the product is defective or does not match the order specifications.

VII. Warranty and Liability

All products manufactured by MB “Sorakita” come with a 12-month warranty covering material and manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Improper handling, storage, or maintenance;

  • Modifications made by third parties.

MB “Sorakita” is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of products or services, except in cases established by law.

VIII. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, photos, graphics, product designs, and logos, are the intellectual property of MB “Sorakita”.
Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without written permission is prohibited.

IX. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data collected during the ordering or inquiry process is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Lithuanian laws.
By using this Website, you consent to the processing of your personal data as outlined therein.

X. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled amicably through negotiation; if not resolved, they shall be referred to the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

XI. Final Provisions

MB “Sorakita” reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on the Website.
Customers are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
